On July 4th, the Intelligent Asia Hanoi 2026 Vietnam Hanoi International Electronic Smart Manufacturing Series Exhibition was successfully concluded at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Hanoi, Vietnam. Relying on its Vietnamese subsidiary VINWINPOWER, HPXIN showcased a complete range of solutions for intelligent power distribution, SPD surge protection, and outdoor integrated cabinets that are suitable for Vietnam's high temperature, rainy, and thunderstorm climate at booth U13.

During the 4-day exhibition period, HPXIN's booth received over 200 professional visitors, including several local Vietnamese suppliers and system integrators, as well as Southeast Asian cross-border traders who came to meet the demand; At the same time, many long-term cooperative old customers came to visit and had in-depth exchanges on technical parameters and product compatibility.

Vietnam's electronics manufacturing industry has maintained strong growth in recent years, with a year-on-year increase of 19% in the output value of the electronics industry in the first 11 months of 2025, becoming the main pillar industry of the country's economic growth. However, the electrical protection system of some local factories is still relatively weak. Many newly built smart factories frequently encounter production line trips and equipment damage during thunderstorm seasons, with losses far exceeding expectations. Targeting these real-life pain points, HPXIN has accurately cut three "Vietnam exclusive" application scenarios:

• Scenario 1: DC side protection of photovoltaic power plants - In response to the pain point of Vietnam's continuous expansion of photovoltaics but high risk of lightning strikes on the DC side, HPXIN showcases its PV series DC surge protectors. This series adopts a unique DC arc extinguishing structure, effectively suppressing arc risks, ensuring safe system operation, and supporting remote signaling function. It can be connected to the power station monitoring system to achieve remote real-time monitoring of the lightning protection module status, eliminating blind spots in operation and maintenance.

  
  

• Scenario 2: Industrial Robots and Precision Production Line Protection - In response to the extreme sensitivity of automated production lines to voltage fluctuations, a rail type lightning protection module with ultra-low residual voltage and high-speed response is introduced, with a response time of ≤ 1ns.

  
  

• Scenario 3: Integrated solution for outdoor communication cabinets - Combining the climate characteristics of high temperature, high humidity, and frequent thunderstorms in Vietnam, HPXIN showcases an outdoor cabinet with IP65 protection level, intelligent power distribution, and lightning protection all-in-one machine. It integrates temperature control and remote monitoring internally, designed specifically for 5G base stations and edge data centers.

During the exhibition, unlike the traditional booth where sales personnel only promote products in one direction, HPXIN arranged for 30 years of senior R&D engineers to work together on site to provide targeted "diagnosis" of existing lightning protection and distribution protection solutions for visiting customers.

HPXIN's self built research and development laboratory is the first lightning testing laboratory in China to receive dual accreditation from T Ü V and UL, and every product undergoes rigorous testing. In response to customers' doubts about SPD and intelligent distribution selection, the engineer analyzed on the spot and explained each link from residual voltage level, current capacity to backup protector matching, and pointed out that the product has also passed international certifications such as CE, CB, RoHS, and each technical data is true and reliable. Multiple visitors expressed their intention to further connect on-site.
