On November 18, 2016, Haipengxin School officially opened, offering courses includingResearch and development technology, process technology, quality and system management, computer technology, marketing, and financial management. And General Manager Chen delivered a congratulatory speech for the opening of the school, while Vice General Manager Liu Xiaobo served as the principal of Haipengxin School and presided over the opening ceremony.

The on-site students were packed and actively participated in the opening ceremony, showing a strong interest in the courses they were taking.

The course is divided into two major sections: technology and management, and is taught by the principal and seven senior lecturers respectively.
